Our data centre and network has been designed as a mission-critical premier hosting-only network in mind. It was designed only to host mission critical websites and emails, hence miscellaneous services such as Voice and Gaming are kept off it to prevent unwanted network saturation. We can guarantee 100% network uptime, and are confident in this guarantee because at our data cantre, even fail-safes have fail-safes. Backup generators, multiple hard drives, dual routers, cooling systems and gel battery power banks give real redundancy so the fleet of our high-end servers will continue to operate regardless of external conditions or disasters.
Our network is powered by Internap, LimeLight, The SIX and Global Crossing. Internap being the main provider for our BGP4 mixture ensures that all visitors get the fastest route to your website hosted on our network. Internap delivers an optimized mixture of bandwidth via an advanced BGP4 protocol which selects the optimal path for data, by calculating the least-latent peer between viewers and our network. This delivers and incredibly latency-free website at the end of the day.
On top of this, thanks to our own in-house mixture of three carriers, we ensure that your site will never be down due to a network-failure. This is accomplished by Border Gateway Protocol which allows us to re-route traffic to our backup links incase our primary provider ever goes down. Hence we guarantee, 100% network uptime, with Service Level Agreement.
Infrastructure
The data centre building features cooling tower water reserves, a generator farm with automatic power transfer, and a building-wide condenser water supply system for datacentres. Computer Room rated floor loads. 10 foot plus clear ceiling heights. In the event the grid is down, five huge 16-cylinder diesel generators supply constant, reliable power for all systems. These generators could power a small town when combined.
Building Connectivity
The data centre is abundantly wired to virtually every carrier and network provider. All their facilities are carrier neutral and tenants can choose between multiple providers and bandwidth that ranges from DSL to multiple OC192s and everything in between.
Fire, Life and Safety
The Telecommunications Facilities offer pre-action dry pipe sprinkler system with computer and telecommunications rated smoke and heat detection systems. FM 200 fire suppression systems are installed in some caged areas.
Security
The data centre offers 24x7 building personnel attending main entrances, manned checkpoints with personnel on-site 24X7, CCTV cameras which provide continuous video recording of all entrance ways and as well as all colocation areas. Cabinets have locking doors and caged facilities offer cipher locks. All egress and ingress activity is recorded via integrated card access into building and parking garage areas.
