FTP for my website is not working

There may be various reasons why your FTP may not be connecting and you can check the following:

  1. First ensure that you have created an FTP account in Website Panel at http://panel.meinfoway.com
  2. Ensure that you are specifying the HOST as your domain in your FTP Program
  3. Ensure that your FTP Username and FTP Password are correct
  4. If it is not working on Port 21 then try to use Port 5500 in your FTP Program instead
If your are still facing issues then you can upload your files through the File Manager in Website Panel.
