I have forgotten my email password. How do I reset it?
If you have forgotten the password for your email address:For security reasons we cannot change your password over the phone as we cannot verify who you are therefore there are two options:
Option 1:
Contact the main administrator for your account who will have access to the Hosting Control Panel and they can change the password for you.
Option 2:
If you would like us to change the password then please submit a ticket on http://www.meinfoway.com/submit-ticket-small.php from the registered email address for your account. We will reset the email password and reply back only to the registered email for the administrator that we have on our system. Other requests will be ignored.
